Where we deliver

We ship orders within the United States using UPS. Shipping is free.

Order cutoff and processing

The daily cutoff is 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders received before the cutoff on a business day enter the processing queue that day. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays enter the queue on the next business day. Processing takes 1–3 business days.

Transit time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days. Allow approximately 4–10 business days in total for processing and transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates and delays can occur.

Tracking and delivery support

We send tracking details to the email supplied at checkout when your order ships. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
